If the side builds its game around pressure and you don't deliver pressure, your spot is in trouble.
But if you turn the ball over constantly and make dumb decisions under pressure - no probs. As long as your tackle numbers are up. Good plan that one.

Richos rules 1-3
1 you have to defend well
2 you have to defend well
3 you have to defend well
If you cant do rules 1-3 you're out

Re: Team v Blues
Given Blacres has apparently been dropped twice for failing on the not negotiables, I'm happy if the other kids are being treated the same. No doubt others could have been dropped on form as well but dropping Billings (and Bull) makes a statement to the developing crew. And I think six changes on one week is enough ...Legendary wrote:Billings and Murdoch 1 tackle between the last week.

I just think it is unfair to scapegoat the young ones when the oldies are a lock every week regardless of form.

Re: Team v Blues
That may well be right but we've lost 3 oldies in 2 weeks; there's probably a limit to how much experience we're prepared to drop coming off the back of a belting, and with a debutante in the mix.
But if we're belted again regardless I reckon half of Sandy could get a run after the bye.

Really looking forward to seeing Lewie this week.
He is a very versatile big man and I expect to see him up forward changing with Hickey in the ruck.
Don't forget he's a kid playing his first game!

4. Geary can do no wrong. If his kick gets marked by an opponent, it's the fault of the nearest Sainter for not using go-go-gadget arms;Playon wrote:You didn't hear rules 4-6

5. Gilbo can do no wrong. If he gets 5 kicks in a game, it's the opposition's fault;
6. Roberton is as good as Josh Gibson and Alex Rance combined and anyone who can't see that is a freakin traitor
A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Good point. Let's not write him off until the end of the first quarter.Bernard Shakey wrote:Really looking forward to seeing Lewie this week.

You are so far off the mark that you're the one that is lost, not the players. Buy yourself a Melways!WellardSaint wrote:Carlton beating us by !> 39.5 points is paying $4.50.
Good bet to have money on
With such a disruption, the teams "system" will be not followed.
Its gonna be a train wreck
