Re: Saints v Kangaroos match thread
A really interesting observation with Dunstan which led to a north goal
The ball went out to Atley, he was a few meters away. He assumed Atley was going to kick, so he made no effort to get to him... Then Atley ran off with the ball. Atley ran with the ball and had 2 bounces. He ran 30 odd meters. In that time (with the ball) he put another 5 meters on Dunstan, who looked like he was in quicksand.

Had a poor afternoon, got the footy but has made a lot of mistakes

Re: Saints v Kangaroos match thread
Saints on fire.
Ok it probably hasnt influenced the result but I am so sick of losing the free count every single week. week in week out.
12-19 this week. Sure people will say it is generally fair but every single week without fail. It is a joke at times.
I hate to say it but this might be the last AFL game the Minch ever plays. Three quiet ones in a row. I cant seem him coming back from this.

Another week. Another loss of the free count.
Hickey just stood under the ball. He doesnt have to move out of the way and allow Goldstein in. Absolute BS decision.

The Bounce slightly favoured Hickey and he just stood there. He doesnt have to get out of the way. Ridiculous. It is like they gave North a free because the bounce wasnt perfect.magnifisaint wrote:**** disgraceful. Ridiculous ruck infringement against Hickey and ridiculous free to Wood. NFW!

What else could Hickey do? He stood his ground . Is he meant to move out of the way and give Goldstein a free hit?mullet wrote:how was it a sheppard against hickey when he he had hickey by the arm.
