Bird has to agree- weighing up the option ( according to SEN) he only met with them early this week.

Apparently Essendon "won" the trade. More in depth analysis from seven.Playon wrote:So is 7White Winmar wrote:Channel 9 confirms your story, Jaxons. Bloody Channel 10!

f*** Essendon. We should pull the rug from under them
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Daniel Rioli looks like the real deal
I can see why you are excited about Daniel Rioli, wonderful to watch how he moves across the ground and passes, marks and goals etc.
Daniel would look great in red, black & white. I'm not an expert but you get a feeling that Daniel is potentially electrifying.

But then we lose Carlisle. They probably only have 7 or 8 players there now that were then when all this happened. I still think they will get a very small suspension if found guilty and they still may not be.

Re: 2015 - Draft & Trade Thread
I am happy with this. Nowhere near a straight swap for 5, which is what I wanted to avoid. Hopefully 14 is a good mid.

Re: 2015 - Draft & Trade Thread
Going into this trade period Essendon was one pick ahead of us in every round.
Essendon has ended up with picks 4 & 5 and Bird but lost Carlisle and Melksham
St Kilda got pick 14, Carlilse and probably Bailey Rice.
We also got Freeman a year early by using a 2016 pick.
Now who is that mid field super star we get with next years 1st rounder.

Re: 2015 - Draft & Trade Thread
Yeah if we snag Weller with 14 this would be an exceptional trade period IMO.

Re: 2015 - Draft & Trade Thread
Surely Farren Ray is gone now. Trying to cram in all the tall backs when we have so many half backs its not funny - Webster, Geary, McKenzie, mabye Acres, Wright, Murdoch, Rice presumably, Savage, Newnes, Roberton. The pressure ramps up on Saunders, Curren, Templeton and Minch in the mid/small fwd department with Freeman and probably pick 14 being a mid and Sinclair surely going to get elevated. Billings and ACres should play a lot more onball too. Good competition for spots now.
