Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly..!!
But Alan may wish to take note of Brad Scott's defense of Jarrod during the post match= because Billy's wasn't worse than Waite's and his height and clumsiness could also be a factor
defend the player during post match and saves MRP the difficulty

When did height and clumsiness matter?
When you have sex with a giraffe
Wow what was that like ? Were u in Africa or at the zoo?.

I think someone must have put him up to it.

Mark Baguley can accept 1 game for striking J Lonie.

Mark Baguley, Essendon, has been charged with charged with striking Jack Lonie, St Kilda, during the second quarter of the Round 14 match between Essendon and St Kilda, played at Etihad Stadium on Sunday July 5, 2015.
In summary, he can accept a one-match sanction with an early plea.
Based on the video evidence available and a medical report from the St Kilda Football Club, it was the view of the panel the incident should be classified as intentional conduct with low impact to the head. The offence was classified as a two-match sanction. The player has no applicable bad record. An early plea can reduce the penalty to a one-match sanction.

Not in my eyes. Struck him him behind play. A king hit actually.
Very hard to tell from the footage which is all the MRP would have had, so given that doubt and the fact that fines seem to be the MRP's choice of punishment this year, I still think it's stiff.

Which is exactly what Lonie clearly indicated at the time. You can't have players punching others in the head off the play. He is damn lucky to only get a week.
I think you should get offered more than a thousand dollars for contact to Grimes.
Grimes bugs me for his ducking/shrugging and I'm glad we roughed him up

I hope that money goes to charity as it shouldn't be lining some AFL big wigs pockets.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

I think it goes into a fund for research on head injuries.
