Re: Votes today
I thought Joey and Savage were the two who really fired us up in the third.

Don't know him. You must be smiling today. Strange that you make that sort of poor humour after a loss. Each loser to their own I suppose.
Re: Votes today
Savage had one of his better games for the year. Jack got plenty of it but his kicking was out CJ levels, which renders his disposals almost disadvantages.

14 tackles must mean something though.FQF wrote:Savage had one of his better games for the year. Jack got plenty of it but his kicking was out CJ levels, which renders his disposals almost disadvantages.

I will bet he gets the most votes by the coaches from our side. For some reason this year Jack doesn't get the love of some others on here. He and Joey were clearly our best IMO of course.

Re: Votes today
Disagree Plugger. I gave him a vote but you can't kick at 30% and CLEARLY be in the top 2. Robbo and Savage for more damaging imo.plugger66 wrote:FQF wrote:Savage had one of his better games for the year. I may as well say e kicked at 50%. Nearly as close as your figures. Anyway you can call me out after the coaches votes.

Re: Votes today
The figure came from the commentators late in the game smart arse. You will be correct though. His kicking today by the way was ordinary at best. His tackling was great again.plugger66 wrote:8856brother wrote:Disagree Plugger. I gave him a vote but you can't kick at 30% and CLEARLY be in the top 2. I wasn't being a smart arse. it was mentioned on here he kicked at about 38%. Just proving what a little adjusting of figures can do. he was our best IMO but ive been wrong before and im probably wrong now. What I do know though is backline players efficiency means jack because they kick to each other with no pressure.

Re: Votes today
I thought Savage, and Robbo to a lesser extent, broke the lines and tried to be positive, and move the pill forward all day. You think Jack would be happy with 38%?plugger66 wrote:8856brother wrote:The figure came from the commentators late in the game smart arse. You will be correct though. Not even slightly but he would be happy that he tried to make something happen and tackled very well.

Boys tried hard but against a top 8 side were not surprisingly found wanting as we don't have the cattle to compete yet......and GWS haven't hit full stride yet....
Parish will help......but we'll need more.
Hang tough - sad Sunday night coming up...
