Carlisle out
Jake Carlisle out for 4-6 weeks is a boost to our chances of beating the Bombers. Also extinguishes any chance of Goddard debuting this week I would this, if there was any chance before this.

Re: Carlisle out
No Fletcher this week either. No Myers. And probably no Jobe Watson with a shoulder.

I think we'll win this match by 40+ points and then Hird will get the sack during the week and Saintsational will blow up the internet and it will be glorious.

No we want Hird to coach for another ten years at Injectorland.

Re: Carlisle out
This game, like the Bulldogs game, is infinitely winnable, IF we bring the same level of commitment on to the paddock, and leave the turnovers and poor kicking back on the rubbish heap! GO SAINTS! (to hell with the rest!)
St Kilda forever ( God help me)

Re: Carlisle out
There won't be any sackings. But if Newnes/Weller goes to Jobe he will certainly get the shoulder tested out. Maybe he should talk to Garry Ablett jr before taking the field.

Re: Carlisle out
They might rush back Zaharakis this week if Jobe doesn't come up and maybe Pears as they've been using him forward in VFL. We can definitely win this one and win it well.

Re: Carlisle out
We MUST take our chances this week though. If we can get off to a flyer and have another 8 goal quarter I will be satisfied. The winnable games after this week will drain away like sands through the hourglass.stkfc1 wrote:They might rush back Zaharakis this week if Jobe doesn't come up and maybe Pears as they've been using him forward in VFL. I agree as well. Jimmy Gwilt was a long time servant for the Saints and deserved a go at another club.
Still hope he has a shocker

I love it when you talk dirty.

Re: Carlisle out
Well it would be impossible to miss your 200th unless you are going to never play again. When you play it....well that is then your 200th!!Rosco wrote:is that because there's no way he'd miss his own 200th?saintly wrote:samuraisaint wrote:No Fletcher this week either. No Myers. Re: Carlisle out
Having a bad shoulder injury is very painful. He won't be able to use one side of his body. Still, it might inspire them early doors.saintly wrote:samuraisaint wrote:No Fletcher this week either. No Myers. And probably no Jobe Watson with a shoulder.
