Will it be 11 straight?
The last time Melbourne beat us was rather unexpected. It was in the Elimination Final of 2006. It turned out to be Grant Thomas' last game as coach. Only three players from the team in that game are currently on our list - Nick Riewoldt, Leigh Montagna and Sam Fisher. Sam Fisher is injured and won't be playing on Sunday. Sam Gilbert was on our 2006 list but didn't play in the EF. For Melbourne, only Nathan Jones played in that game.

I hope Perfectionist didn't just put the kibosh on that winning streak.

Nothing lasts forever I guess. Let's hope the streak doesn't end this week, if only to shut up some of their cocky fans who say we really don't know how to do a rebuild. Whereas they do

Any idea when they won there last? It would be nearing ten years you would think.
It's a pathetic record. Hopefully they don't break through against us.

That d1ckhead Nathan Carroll's tackle on GTrain mid way through the first changed a game that looked like we were going to dominate. Early on GTrain was looking like he had 15 goals in him. Was just a machine.
We were then hit by injuries and Brock McLean played the only good game of his career.
That match was a nightmare.

That's a fairly dodgy memory to be carrying around for a long time, I'm sure that it will be better for you if you can let it goSobraz wrote:That d1ckhead Nathan Carroll's tackle on GTrain mid way through the first changed a game that looked like we were going to dominate. Gehrig was going to kick a bag. I also thought the Melbourne defenders looked worried every time Hamill went near the ball.Sobraz wrote:That d1ckhead Nathan Carroll's tackle on GTrain mid way through the first changed a game that looked like we were going to dominate.
