He scares me. His kicking is very poor. Doubt he plays. Better to get Acres in if Savage cant play.BackFromUSA wrote:Not advocating Wright for Geary. Plenty of match ups for Geary. Got 3 weeks didn't he?
Geary for mine.
Dunno, I wouldn't change the lineup unless forced by injury.
Gears did well vs Dalhous, and other dogs smalls that played forward.
Why change for the sake of change?
And nobody scares Nathan Wright.

I think Wright is blazing away a bit. His pace is excellent but does spray the ball a bit. He was a great sub. On Savage he got a huge cork against Collingwood I think it was then got issues on the leg in NZ as well getting lots of work. It actually wouldn't hurt to rest him but I'm not sure who comes in for Sav. Maybe put Robo back and get a mid rotation in like Saunders, Curren etc. Adelaide have heaps of good mids.plugger66 wrote:He scares me. His kicking is very poor. Doubt he plays. On a side note both Tom Lynch and Jamie Cripps seem to be having decent years this year. I think a few were a bit quick writing these guys off. Tom will need some minding too. Probably a good fit for JWeb.

Cant see any change now that Savage is fit. Im sure they want to play Acres as he is in form but im unsure who they can drop.

Re: saints vs crows pregame discussion
After such a great win, it would be hard to change the team up, but i would think Savage could be dropped on form, he didn't take part in the improved 2nd half, and was only very average the week prior. IMO one of Acres or the other well performed mids from Sandi deserve an opening.plugger66 wrote:Cant see any change now that Savage is fit. I think his kicking has improved since last year P66, a bit more cleaner..plugger66 wrote:He scares me. His kicking is very poor. Doubt he plays. Wright was electric in the GC game when he came on as sub... until he kicked it.
