Great initiative by the club. Let's hope at least one of them comes through.

I don't know what sort of game they were talking about where he kicked 4 goals in a half.FQF wrote:That's awesome. Sandy Dragons are no slouches.saintbrat wrote:http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/sp ... iwis-again

It looks like he's played one game and had 3 disposals and given away 3 free kicks.

WHEN St Kilda’s latest international scholarship holder walked through the front door at Linen House Centre for the first time, he couldn’t believe his luck.
Giovanni Mountain-Silbery visited the club recently, having been signed in late January as the Saints second international scholarship holder after Joe Baker-Thomas last year.
The teenager spent a week at St Kilda learning the fundamentals of the game with two of the modern era’s most precise kicks – development coaches Paul Hudson and Lindsay Gilbee.
“I’ve spent a lot of time with the recruiters and coaches,” Mountain-Silbery told SAINTS.com.au.
“They’ve just taken me through basic skills… and pretty much just seeing what it’s like at the elite level.”

Re: new N Z international scholarship holder, 2014
What's the deal with these NZ boys. Is there any expectation whatsoever of them ever pulling on a STK guernsey or is it mostly about a commercial venture into NZ ?
