Our recruiting of a small forward in the draft may indicate that Ahmed has fallen out of favour with the Saints.
I hope someone picks him up in the Rookie draft..... he has a lot to offer any club.

Saad still had a lot to learn. He really needed to be developing at VFL level for the last 18 months, rather than being suspended.

We were never going to use pick 41 on him and i think 41 was just best available. i wouldnt read too much into that.
We never said wed pick him Ahmed up which means were probably only ever a 1/5 chance to get him. I say 1/5 because 13/18 probably have no interest at all.
