Eh? Robbery is effectively assault + theft which is obviously worse than assault alone. The whole premise behind 'robbery' is using force/threatening to use force to commit theft.

Well we differ. I would rather someone just take my money than maybe coward punch me in the head. It obviously depends on the robbery but I honestly feel that way. I actually would have thought it was obvious. I have been robbed twice before and didn't even see who did it. I have been assaulted once and ended up in hospital and that is why I asked the question. Lets face it uness the cabby was assaulted the gut will get a suspended sentence. Doesn't make it right. matter of fact the whole system is a joke. The club will eventually delist him unless he can play. That really does help.
