To play as well and consistently week in week out with the wooden spoon side was one thing, but to show the leadership and continual determination at times when even the mightiest of leaders would have dropped their heads may well be his finest achievement to date in a St Kilda jumper. In my opinion shares the same level of standing in history with this club as the likes of Harvey, Lockett, Baldock, Barker and co. A great recognition for a great St Kilda person

Not that I particularly like him, but I think it was Cameron Mooney who said he would be mentally scarred after
the GF and it would take him a long time to find his way back.

Love him or hate him, he copped a bashing after his performance in the GF and he has had an outstanding year.
Prob one of the reasons Port beat freo. I did hear some amazing stat about the no of games freo lost without
Hayden in it.

Good on him , he has proved the haters and doubters wrong, and I like to see that in a sportsperson. He would
be handy working next to Roo.
