History lesson..... Prior to federation, it was been considered that NZ be incorporated into Australia, primarily to strengthen the appeal of Shield Cricket, with extra teams, North and South Island.

His brother is an outside receiver, but apparently that is a good thing in NFL.

I think his brother is Canadian BTW

Bunk is correct.

The USA is part of the Americas. It is not America.

It is very imperialistic.

Why is South America so rooted?

It's by design.

Read declassified internal discussions on US policy on South America.

ST KILDA’S international rookie Jason Holmes continued to show that everything’s possible on Saturday, playing an important role in Sandringham’s elimination-final win over Collingwood.

Holmes won 40 hit-outs, laid eight tackles and orchestrated an important goal assist to set up Trent Dennis-Lane in a performance placed among the Zebras’ best.

Speaking after the game, Holmes was elated with the victory.

“It’s great; the boys have played so well,” Holmes told SAINTS.com.au.

“It’s great to get Sandringham a finals win – it’s been about eight years since the last one I hear.”

Considering that he had played AFL 12 months ago, to play in the second best comp in the finals is a fantastic effort for his first season. Just needs to start getting the ball a bit more. If he can double his average possession tally next year that would be great.

One more per game shouldn't be a massive ask!
