Trading three stalwarts in three years is too much - Monty should stay; Schneider should definitely go -regardless of the myth that he is a great player cruelled by injury, he is lazy, waits for others to do the work and lacks fitness; it seems Gwilty has seen the writing on the wall and Jonesy also (according to Farren), the soft targets are the obvious ones and Dunnel it seems cannot make the next step to AFL level, - so the nominated retirees (now up to 4) and the de-listings (Milera, TDL, Dunnel, Schneider) gives us 8 positions on the senior list. If I was to nominate a trade, it would be Dempster and not Monty.
