Re: Josh Bootsma sacked
On Gram....
Offield the guy unfortunately stuffed up big time with REPEATED offences. Given many chances, but repeatedly just could not handle that his relationship had ended and kept trying to be involved with his former partner whom did not at all wish such contact. In essence he became a staker.
I was a big Gram fan as a player. But he kept crossing an unacceptable line.

Is this the team coached by the guy who ripped into us when we sacked Capuano mid-season and said that this sort of thing could lead to a player "dropping off a bridge or swinging from a bridge"?

http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2003/ ... 45688.htmlWe do not want to be one of the sports that has the first player dropping off a bridge or swinging from a bridge.

That was disgraceful by Malthouse. Almost as bad as his moronic altercation with Milne and what followed with the press. Interesting to note that Mick the prick became united with Capuano amongst his new coaching staff when he joined the Scumbaggers last year.Darth Vader wrote:Is this the team coached by the guy who ripped into us when we sacked Capuano mid-season and said that this sort of thing could lead to a player "dropping off a bridge or swinging from a bridge"?

I heard it was sending the pics to an underage teenage girl while his expectant wife was at home waiting on top of the other stuff he had been up to. They tried to trade him last year we are lucky we didn't bite.
