Stanley needs to be coached on how to lead as a forward. He doesn't know how.

Of course it's not easy... but that's why they are being paid to play AFL footy and we aren't... they are meant to be able to play at the highest level, and that means doing stuff that isn't easy for us on the couch.

I still remember from that Prelim' against Nought Power... the G-Train was being double and triple teamed, and he told the blokes at half time not to kick it to him coz others were being left free... and ignored.
