1st coach on Marngrook for 2014- welcome
Expectation getting to St Kilda- To Improve after the club lost its way, - Defend to better be able to attack, draft to create environement to improve, develop players to do this- Develeopment or Win- both they are interlinked.
NZ- develop the game, will be better each time
Ben McEvoy- decision already made pre arrival, Philosophy is to move to create space for new / young players - Dunstan, Savage- soso at present but chance to improve- needed to get into the draft early - worked for both teams
Injuries- big names missing- MIlera and Siposs?- ( Siposs real close, closer than you think) some mention of others
Riewoldt- impressions- His leadership on and off the ground- consistency along with lenny
Hawthorn -Game styles- run and share to be good in all, when teams missmatched obvious, if teams are even scores and game will be tighter, more stoppages
Game Styles- adjusting constantly, committed to defending,- Job description for times in game -when, they have, we have and the umpire has.
This weeks game- Winnable- side have to let go of last week, play a role and put in effort- if you get behind or slightly off and the opposition are on you get hurt offensivly and will struggle
Stanley- Looking to settle him- his best asset is his athletisicm,and developing his confidence with Bruce, Delaney and lee bought in to release him to a role,- learning the fotball smarts- ( mention made by some of Daw) Richo suggested he is well ahead of daw

His apprenticeship- variety including overseas study and brings his own ideas, watched others and thought yes he would or no he wouldn't use,
His assistants- most inplace when he arrived and very very impressed with them- all working to develop their young players.

Hawks- Amazing Football- speed of forwards,- will beat most teams.
