Oh well, this rebuild has been going for 48 years and it's fair to say it needs a few more years yet.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

If I was Richo I would take the experienced group of players aside and kick their collective bums- Geary and Roo excepted. Absolutely no leadership shown to the young brigade and Richo and his coaching panel may need to review their own efforts over the last couple of weeks- they have dropped the ball, but I still think Richo is a good coach.

Longer is breaking even against a mature blob in Mac.

Great effort for an 11 game player

24 inside 50's. Wouldn't matter what the structure was. They've kicked more goals than we've had inside 50's. Back to the 80's

Whats funny about losing by 150? Or do you think people are over reacting to one of our worst losses in the clubs history. Glad you are amused.

How many times have they missed a tackle.

Absolutely insipid.

Bloody hell, even my Richmond supporter friends are texting me to say they 'feel my pain.'

I tell them it's a 'learning exoerience.'

Total embarrassment for the club- probably the worse effort I have seen since we got flogged by the Magpies in the '70s by 200 points. There was a real lack of desire to compete and win the hard ball both individually and as a team. A lot of soul-searching will be done from the top down at the club this week.

Geez us. Time for Jones and Gwilt to hang the boots up. Jones especially was shocking. Richo took him out of the play by putting him in the forward line.

no...our effort and composure is comical...reminds me of the good old days.

Been there and done this so many times over the last 40 years so now I just have a chuckle to myself...it's better than the alternative...so thanks for being glad that I'm amused.

Did Billy Hartung have 40 disposals and kick 5 goals did he? If I was just listening to the commentary and not watching the game aswell I would have thought he had the best debut ever!

Terrible commentary!!

Oh that's so painful. That puts Hawthorn at the bottom of my hate list. Hawks supporters have suffered nil pain since the 50s. Well … looking into a crystal ball … I can only see Hawthorn, Geelong and Pies having ongoing success in Melbourne - as the Melb clubs. The rest of us will make up the numbers .. and unless the 'MCG' is your home ground you're stuffed. After today …. I will enjoy every loss that comes Hawthorn's way - and may Geelong continue to beat them on every occasion.

26 disposals and a goal. Not bad for a debut. Certainly better than any of our new players. Great recruiting saints.
