Arryon Siposs
Pardon the spelling.
This guy needs to be a regular senior player. What the f*** has gone wrong in his development?
I also can't wait to see Markworth find his feet at this level.

Re: Arryon Siposs
I think he needs a tank to be honest.
He's in that weird in between zone, not quite KPP, not mobile or agile enough to be a small forward.
Needs the will to have elite fitness.

Re: Arryon Siposs
Sounds like a modern midfielder, then; in which case, you're right, anaerobic fitness is a must.
I could see him slot in well at half-back, though.

Re: Arryon Siposs
Its not hard.
The SW era did him no favours by moving him around the park too much and net settling him into a position/role and training 6 mths to be a hbf only to be given up on after 2 games destroyed his confidence.
Throw in a few injuries plus a stint of watching TDL, Saad and Milera get played ahead of u whilst being consistently awful...
And here we are
Down on fitness, confidence, form, and no clear role in the team

You can't blame others for not getting fit.
i spoke to him at training and he was a very impressive young guy. he was earnest and seemed to have the drive and knowledge of whats needed. He and Dunnell both are in that stressful point of the career where they need to make it but aren't getting opportunity. I hope he gets his chance and takes it on. Good guy. The fitness thing is a construct of forumites who make judgement calls based on assumption. Some players just don't get opportunity because there are too many similar in front of them. Ray, Dunnell, Schnides, Gwilt, Dempster, Webster, Milera, Shenton, Weller and a few others are probably all fighting for a couple of spots.

needs to put a month of hard work in at sandy and demand a spot. Will be one we have to be patient with, there is a few that if we don't crucify could come through.
As people have mentioned, it's his tank that needs to improve. On the other hand I would be willing to demote him to the rookie list next year if he does not improve. Langford for the hawks showed the value of patience.

Re: Arryon Siposs
Maybe he just lacks natural endurance. Some people simply can't build endurance because they lack the appropriate genetic makeup. It's a bit like some people won't develop pace, no matter how much speed training they do. The latest research in genetics show that some people are "responders" and some are "non-responders", when it comes to exercise. For the non-responders, this means they can reach a certain level, but can go no further, no matter how hard they train. Maybe Arryn is a non-responder.
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!
