Surely it's over. If he's in our best 22, or future plans, we are in trouble. That is all.

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Stick a fork in him. He's cooked. Should've taken what Melbourne was offering a year ago. I swear he's playing for his old team.whiskers3614 wrote:Guess somebody had to take over Kosi and Raph's whipping boy status!White Winmar wrote:Surely it's over. And send Geary with him. Fair dinkum, if that bloke is in our leadership group, we're in trouble. The new Raph Clarke.

Re: Farren Ray
Farren was let go by the Dogs because of his disposal, it doesn't appear to have improved but i'd say , be patient , our player development system will slowly
turn him into a gun.
turn him into a gun.
How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Re: Farren Ray
Can't see Ray getting a game with a full list available. Fringe player who won't get any better. Put the games into Webster, Wright, Newnes, Roberton, Savage etc who play in a similar position.

You do know we finished third last last year right ?
It's not 3/4 it's 3 years with Faz. He gifts the opposition 3 goals a game every single game with his shocking decision making and he hardly ever gets a goal assist inside 50 for us.
For me it is no contest . Play J Web and Savage every single week and give Faz a one way ticket to Sandy. Time we cut our losses with him. He hasn't improved and I now concede he never will. He has had a good run at it and it needs to end now.

We've seen enough. 5 years is long enough. In racing parlance, prefer others.

Re: Farren Ray
Youth fetish thread, right? We're wishing that our young guns were good enough to push him out, but if we're honest - not really. None of the kids really stood out tonight.
Yeah nah pleasing positive

Agree.
Like Brett Peake 2 years before. Not as clear cut but so past anything valuable. Can't kick, can't dispose.

Re: Farren Ray
Not his best game tonight by any means.
But sheesh -- give the guy a break.
He was our second highest disposals winner,
Third highest in contested possessions,
More clearances than anyone else.
This is a ridiculous thread.
Why not pick on Stanley, who didn't get a kick until the 4th quarter.
Or is that because Stanley made fewer mistakes?
