I listened to Psychologist, Jacqui Louder, on SEN this morning. Admittedly, just one person's opinion, but when asked to name an AFL team with a good culture, she instead nominated Melbourne Storm as having the best culture of any team she knows.

With further questioning, she described the CULTURE as the way the coach & players address each other,
how they acknowledge their fans,
That they are punctual at all times,
return phone calls & are polite in their dealings with media,
include family members in club activities.

She said that a club with a good culture doesn't promote individuals above the TEAM.

She nominated the Western Bulldogs as an AFL team with an emerging good culture.

I've never been sure how to define "culture", but I found the interview interesting.
