James Kelly Mad Monday

Post: # 1394300Post twirlyhair »

Just wondering if anyone has seen the photograph of James Kelly dressed as who I presume is Harry O'. He has packets of Coon cheese strapped to him. Any explanation anyone?

If that's true then it is in VERY poor taste. I don't like Harry O much, but he still deserves respect.

He's also won a few flags.

Couldn't care less if our players were idiots had they won a flag.

You're kidding aren't you. He's carrying cheese so he HAS to be racist. Turn it up.

Likewise mate.

The whole thing that AFL players are supposed to be some sort of role models is ridiculous as well.

Could just have a stinky vagina.

Hmm I think you miss the point. When you see the photo, and are not privy to the background, I think that it is a fair assumption that the photo looks like he is dressed as Harry O and with COON clearly strapped to his chest, one could quite easily take offence. I was simply asking or clarification as many have having seen the aforementioned photograph.

.....I would think, you assuming that "Coon" was a reference to a dark skinned AFL player, is racist in itself.

One thing's for sure, if it was a St.Kilda player who dressed that way, a major scandal would have been well underway by now.

And the same if it had've been a St Kilda player dressed up as a twerking Miley Cyrus on the Footy Show Revue last night!
