Reported in today's Age that he will be shopped around.
Any takers?

If we got him, Barry Round and Rohan sawyers we could have a forward line ofplugger66 wrote:I reckon the only people interested would be people who make porn.

Re: Robin Nahas
We dont need small forwards, we need skillful mids who can drift forward and kick a goal.
OK, we can afford ONE specialist small forward, not THREE in the same side.

Pretty sure they will get Betts. Nahas days should be over.

He's small, thinly built, can't run in the midfield and can play only one position, being the small forward. He's perfect for us! No wait. No can do. He's not from Western Australia.
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Re: Robin Nahas
The saints have spoken to him twice. Finished 6th in their b&f in 2011 mainly playing in the midfield and pushing forward for 29 goals. Finished as the 2nd highest goal kicker for richmond and had the 3rd most effective tackles inside 50 in the afl. Then all of a sudden hardwick doesn't have him in his plans for 2013. The kid can play but obviously hardwick doesn't like his type

Re: Robin Nahas
I think Gary Ayres will need him back at Port, their best players are done, he'll be after anyone who can play a bit
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

As I always say "no such thing as too many specialist small forwards"
Tick from me...
In all seriousness, I reckon he is a rich mans TDL, he can certainly play... Should get another chance somewhere, but I'll just about top myself its StKilda... I saw him sooking this year when on the bench as a sub. If its not bad enough that he is a specialist small forward, it's a bad attitude on top.
Carlton might take him on a low wage if Betts leaves? Maybe collingwood too with Didak & Headkrakour leaving.

Nahas is an upgrade of TDL so technically we would be improving the listPADDLEPOP1001 wrote:Nah ,another TDL!

Re: Robin Nahas
Yes he's a mate.. Hardwick shafted him by opting to go with Shane Edwards and king as hardwick thought they would stand up in finals football . We all know how that panned out.. The round 1 media beat up was just that.. Furthest thing from the truth regarding his attitude . The guy has always had his doubters back from his junior days where recruiters telling him he's too small wont make it and yet he keeps proving them wrong. A person who's supposedly a sook would have thrown in towel years agodragit wrote:The sooking?Jiminy Wagga wrote:Ah the old beat up story of round 1.. What a load of rubbish

The saints had contacted richmond and have spoken to his manager.. But at the end of the day it's all talk until the saints offer him a contract
Re: Robin Nahas
I don't mind Nahas. A better player than TDL and Milera. But given we do have those two on the list, as well as Minch and Schneider, despite Saad and Milne going this year, I'd only see us picking up Nahas if we were giving TDL the flick.
Am astounded that Milera got a contract extension.

Hird... The unflushable one is now... just a turd...
