You can now probably add the dwarf burner to the list of possible delistees or trades

I would. Hasn't done him any favours.Zed wrote:You can now probably add the dwarf burner to the list of possible delistees or trades

Wouldn't haven't any sympathy if he is delisted. IN my books he was right on the border anyway. Would send a strong message this club needs.noob wrote:I would. Hasn't done him any favours.Zed wrote:You can now probably add the dwarf burner to the list of possible delistees or trades

Skeptic - agree on Dunell. Good skills , terrific overhead for his size, good character. I agree he probably doesn't have an enormous 'trick', but I'm still surprised he hasn't played more. I still think Ferguson, Lever, TDL would be my first outs. Then, move on a couple of experienced players for picks but also space in the 22. Our focus has to be a couple of years down the track (IMO). I wish it was the suggested older guys for pick 1, but that might fetch pick 18 at best.

What the same message sent to Gram at the end of last year after it had been dealt by the club?

Re: The official unofficial delistings thread
I am dead against guys that set dwarfs on fire… and footballers that can't kick properly.
Combine the two and it's the perfect storm.
Delist.

Well I am glad we can add 'dwarf burner' to rationale regarding delistings.Bluthy wrote:Wouldn't haven't any sympathy if he is delisted. IN my books he was right on the border anyway. That or the issue that he cannot kick at all.
Re: The official unofficial delistings thread
Hi, If we are looking offering up to other clubs, would it be worth making a play for some-one like a Tatye Pears from Essendon seeing we need backline players.
Also are the saints looking at Mitch Thorp from South Launceston who is currently captain and coach ex Hawthorn. And are we looking at Jimmy Wester's brother Zac from Glenorchy.

Re: The official unofficial delistings thread
I hope we are analysing every player.... I would have a list of
All uncontracted players.... Stk and other
All free agents
All state league players worth exploring
All potential draftees
Rate them, rank them and start putting a line through those with nothing to offer....
But must EXPOLRE EVERY avenue to improving the list...

And a fortnight ago beat pointless the best player in the competition. So he's not a great kick ... luckily he has other strengths.Ralphy wrote:jones recently signed a contract so not sure he will be delisted.

And testing positive for drugs and rape allegations and age. The reality is it all comes into play when deciding a players benefit v cost. All right so Jones can still do a good run with role - lets try some of the kids in that role. One of the reasons I thought worth keeping him is he sets a good example to the young uns - that's now a BIG cross on that side of the ledger (not tom). Would be interested what conditions are in players contracts if the club wanted to break an existing contract due to behaviour - or alternatively pay him out I guess. The Redeemer wrote:

Re: The official unofficial delistings thread
Why would anyone want an Essendon player ? They will charged in December lose a player for up to 2 years .
Would think Pelchen & Bains are looking at Uncontracted players in Sydney Queensland Sth Australia & expect WAFL players
Like Nick Rodda to feature from there.
