Big Kos must play next week
Wowee - looks like the final game for Kosi Blakey and Milney next week. We must play the big Kos. Show the young boys we have culture. Especially important given BJ effed off. A rare opportunity for the Saints to grab the moral high ground!

He will defiantly play next week. Milne, Blake and Kos will get the send off they all so richly deserve

I'm tipping either Dempster or Gwilt will be the 4th retiree.Hurricane wrote:He will defiantly play next week. Milne, Blake and Kos will get the send off they all so richly deserve

Can't possibly be CJ on this year's form.

Yep totally 100% agree.
Kosi gets a game.

You would think Schnieder or Fisher more likely than those two. Both are under 30. CJ wants to play on so only two with the bodies breaking down are likely to volunteer.

Perhaps the fourth was lenny but they've talked him round?

ABC radio said Schneider wants to go on and more likely to do so with Saad and Milne gone.

Schneider is under 30 too isn't he? Unless you are referring to his chronic hamstring.

Re: Big Kos must play next week
Really hope he plays, mightn't get the win but deserves to have a send off. And sure all Saints fans would love to see it. Party time once game finishes. Play him till half time and then sub off.

Re: Big Kos must play next week
The fourth retiree could well be Saad. If he expects to cop two years he may well stand down with the hope of being picked up for 2016.

Re: Big Kos must play next week
Yeah was lazy with my typing. Schnides body isn't holding up with about 10 games or so in the last couple of years but he sounded like he was going on when he interviewed Lenny- he seemed taken aback when Lenny sounded like Schnides was about to retire at the same time.Griggsy wrote:gringo wrote: You would think Schnieder or Fisher more likely than those two. Re: Big Kos must play next week
Perhaps Kosi could rest on a plastic chair in the pocket with a trainer helping him to his feet and removing the chair each time the ball comes down.
As mentioned I think it is the right thing to do.
He is a hero of this club and even though on form he barely deserves a game with Sandy, he deserves respect for what he has given this club.
Even if he is statless I'll be proud to give him a standing ovation.

More likely offered him a contract.desertsaint wrote:Perhaps the fourth was lenny but they've talked him round?
Only a fool would retire from AFL unless they are rooted due to injury. Too much money on offer!
