I love the bloke.
He is a brilliant footballer and I reckon, for what it's worth, that he is a great assistant mentoring young players. Not senior coach material in my opinion.

Why do you think he is a great young player mentor?
Why could he not be a senior coach?
If that's your opinion, I'd like to understand the reasons.... Perceptions? Knowledge? Guessing?
Again, I don't reckon we have the first clue whether Robert is
1/ a good communicator
2/ a good tactician
3/ a good mentor
Because he's so low profile, we've got little on him to go by....
