Markworth Update
http://www.saints.com.au/news/2013-06-2 ... o-recovery
SIX months on from a knee reconstruction, St Kilda youngster Daniel Markworth is tracking ahead of schedule in his recovery.
After being selected by St Kilda at pick 35 in the 2011 National Draft, the agile half-forward flanker performed strongly at VFL level last year. He appeared on track to debut for St Kilda in 2013 before rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament last December.
Markworth has had a difficult six months, but is beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
“I’m up to running, kicking, doing some agility, so it’s all going really well. I should be back training soon,” says the 21-year-old.
In some respects, the journey has gone quickly.
“A month ago from today I was basically just doing fitness work,” explains Markworth. He’s now in the process of adapting to a constantly-increasing workload.

Re: Markworth Update
Should pump him full of illegal drugs, apparently if you trust the club its OK and the AFL, media, and commentators will ove you for it.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

No reason we can't make him as big, strong and dangerous as Jake Carlisle if we jab him correctly.joffaboy wrote:Should pump him full of illegal drugs, apparently if you trust the club its OK and the AFL, media, and commentators will ove you for it.
