Poor Neldy is right - to a certain extent. Blinded by the idea of being a senior coach he took over the reigns at a club that was in complete disarray. Was never going to be successful.

Not saying he didn't have flaws but you have to wonder if they have just made a really bad situation even worse. Time will tell!

I don't care if they beat us this week. Means nothing in terms of our long term outlook but you can bet your life that a win for Melbourne this week will only mean that a few Melbourne board members will feel falsely vindicated in their decision to sack Neeld but their turn will surely have to come if they are going to turn the corner.

Couldn't agree more. Neeld just picked the wrong club. Too much turmoil both within the football department and board level. Wonder where he will end up next year as an assistant?

Awfully like the end of the Tim Watson debacle though. They actually would have suited a Scott Watters style better than Neeld. Could do with a Pelchen too. WTF was up with the delistings and then pick ups.

Neeld isn't the only problem at that club.
The whole board etc is a mess,as evidenced bu their results.
What pisses me off is they have put their hand up for money.Why?
Give them nothing.
They have had years to sort their crap out and failed.
They will fire up this week ,we better be on our best.
