INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
Beau Maister is a definite OUT. Kosi put his hand up today to fill that (or Hickey's) spot. Kosi had a reasonable first 1/2 up forward, then went into the ruck with spells up forward in the second 1/2 and dominated. All except for the time he was off the ground with a dislocated finger.
Terry Milera put his hand up for a small forward spot with 5 goals.
Tom Simkin seems to be running back into form. Did a lot of crash & bash today
Brodie Murdoch is developing nicely and could be a sneaky for next week
Aaryn Siposs wore very flash orangy-pinky boots and may need at least one more run at Sandy
I didn't see anyone else demanding a senior spot today !!

Definitely want to see Bull Murdoch in .
Two bests for sandy in a row.
Simply has to be rewarded.

Who for? Saunders was quiet last game, though I'd probably rather drop Ray - he bores me.Con Gorozidis wrote:Definitely want to see Bull Murdoch in .

Kosi or Milera would probably kick 4 or 5 if they played next week. It's only Melbourne, after all.

Out - Saad, Beau, Jones
In - Terry, Kosi, Murdoch,
Saunders full game and Terry or the Bull sub. Would love Ledger to get an opportunity, but looks like his papers are stamped. TDL to hold his spot.

Re: INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
Wow sounds like Kosi is making a run for the seniors. Hope he gets in and hits the 200 game mark. I think it is hard to put a value on the good will that club will benefit from in the long term if Kosi reaches his 200 games and goes out on a good note.
Re: INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
Out: Riewoldt
In: Lee
but seriously, gotta give Milera another crack.
Kosi just needs to take care of his apprenticeship in the VFL, his turn will come.
Would love to see Stanley kick a bag this week more than anything (other than a Blackhawks Cup win)

Re: INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
After some very encouraging reports today from the Sandy game, does anyone think it's too soon to give White a run against Melbourne?
He's hardly going to get a softer first game than against the Dees, and with Big Bad Beau going down, why not?
Thoughts - or am I getting a little too far out there considering the season is shot for anything other than development and list discovery??

Already looked to be covering more territory than earlier on in the year.

Re: INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
White was better than the rest of the key forwards, Kosi, Lee or Simpkin today, but his body isn't ready for AFL footy yet and he can't take a contested mark, Spangher killed him in the air, but it was a different story whenever he was on a long lead.
I think Kosi will get a game, just because its melbourne next week and he will make it easier for our small forward fleet to run amok, particularly if its wet at the G.

Kosi will get a game and probably deserves it, but will be murdered by the Dees.
Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell

Re: INS & OUTS V Melbourne !!
I doubt Timid Terry will play this week. He will always perform at VFL, but shirks too many contests and doesn't do enough defensive work.
