So it should be wright and Armo for CJ and Lenny. Ferg plays if maister is dropped and Stanley goes forward. Actually got no idea. havent got one right this year.

Looks like Maister might well get another game - lucky.
It's a shame ignorance isn't painful

Re: Team v Kangas
Ferguson will come in for one of our defenders, perhaps Dempster, who was struggling with his back last week.

Re: Team v Kangas
So it looks like Ledger, Curren and Simpkin aren't in Watters' future plans. Ledger and Curren have AFL ready bodies, better tanks, play roles that we're desperately lacking and have been performing much better for Sandy than Saunders and Murdoch.
Ferguson getting named in the 25 while Simpkin misses out suggests he's not much chance of getting back in the team.

Hope wright kicks off where he left off. When we lost him and Gilbert we dropped down a notch in a bit of grunt and carry. Good to see Armo in too.

Re: Team v Kangas
The 25 isn't really what I hoped to see, but hopefully this is how they line up (assuming no injured players named)
B: Gwilt, Ferguson, Dempster
HB: Roberton, Fisher, Webster
C: Geary, Armitage, Wright
HF: Dal Santo, Riewoldt, Saad
F: Siposs, Stanley, Milne
Foll: McEvoy, Steven, Montagna
Int: Ross, Ray, Newnes
Sub: Saunders
Ferguson named means Hickey or Maister have to be out, I'm hoping both out and Stanley to play as forward/ruck. We have been far too immobile with McEvoy, Hickey, Maister, Riewoldt, Siposs and Gwilt all in as talls who can't chance direction or stick a tackle.

Re: Team v Kangas
To be honest I always thought stanley was an ideal 2nd ruck and resting forward.... then we got hickey but obviously he may still be a full back

Re: Team v Kangas
So Ferg is going to take on Petrie??
Or is Gwilt 188 going to stand Petrie 197
Or Fisher... Been horribly exposed?
I think if any game, This game Stanley will need to be back

Running type defender but can play on a man. Tall and pretty agile for his size. Backs himself.

Re: Team v Kangas
Roos can play a lot of height forward...so I think that Stanley and Ferg will both play back.
Sam has been struggling, and so needs support.

Apparently Roo hasn't trained with the main group all week. Got a knock to the troublesome knee last week as well as to the head.
