Maister/ Kosi
Think their stats may have been the same, but Kosi would have kicked that goal, not that it would really have made much difference.
Wouldn't be surprised if both aren't at the club next year.

Hickey and Maister out for Kosi..... Two birds one stone
At least that allows us to play another forward
Lee or Siposs

Re: Maister/ Kosi
Actually would have preffered kosi tonight over Maister. They would see as much of the ball as eachother but Kosi is more versatile so he gives Watters more to work with tactically.
Don't see a future for Maister at this club, or any.

Re: Maister/ Kosi
Missing shots like that would be demoralising for the team.
Maybe kicking them would give his teammates a much needed boost.
Kosi will retire at years end,
Maister will never reach the same heights, although he's got the talent.
Very inconsistent .Very frustrating player .
Bring Kosi in for next week

Wouldn't drop Hickey, wasn't unhappy with his performance, needs as much experience as possible to help him improve his skills under pressure. Bulldogs would be a good game for him to gain a bit more confidence.

Wilkes is a good VFL player, and will never be AFL standard. Kosi is finished.
We need to play Lee, White and Hickey.

I think we should play Wilkes instead of Maister

Hard to disagree with you there, Shakey.Bernard Shakey wrote:Wilkes is a good VFL player, and will never be AFL standard. Kosi is finished.

Nothing to lose in giving Lee more of a shot. Can't wait for young Spencer White to play his debut. We also need to keep in persisting with Hickey. All will three will get better with experience under their belts.

Re: Maister/ Kosi
1. Kosi is finshed
2. Maister is a GOP and not good enough to come back in after a month off an pick up the pace. Hes just up to scratch when hes at his peak - let alone at only 80%. So bad coaching. Playing an average player without form is crazy.
3. Long term we need Lee and White to step it up.
4. Is Shenton worth a try as a 3rd fwd this year?

Re: Maister/ Kosi
If Hickey can't learn to kick then we are in big trouble, he missed targets by 20 metres. I don't think he had one efficient disposal, God if CJ has one poor disposal in a game people on here are assembling a lynching party to string him up.
Re: Maister/ Kosi
Surely the question isnt Maister or Lee. Imagine a forward line with Hickey and kosi in it. If that happened I will spew up. Its Hickey or Kosi and hopefully its Hickey. it maister or another player. it should be maister. he was poor yesterday but had been Ok this year.

Re: Maister/ Kosi
Hickey must play and Maister must play for Sandy unless there is a train wreck on the field and Kosi is a ahead of Maister if a train wreck happens.

So you want Hickey and Kosi in the same forward line? That would be the biggest joke ever in football.

Indeed. He's a Queensland bred volleyballer who didn't pick up a footy until late 2008!st_Trav_ofWA wrote:did you miss last week ?matrix wrote:after last nights game i dont rate hickey at all

Re: Maister/ Kosi
not sure about poor coaching .... Kosi was unavaliable - Lee is still injured - White is still a kid ... Beau was there because he has a harder body and would be able to compeate with the more experianced Crows back line - it didnt work oh well we move on Beau now has that game under his belt as a first hit out and he can reload from there ...Con Gorozidis wrote:1. i would be interested to see Shenton and White come in at some stage but im not sold that an interstate game against the crows is the best time for either

Re: Maister/ Kosi
re watch the last qtr ... how were we able to let McEvoy to play back in the last qtr and basically win us the game ? because Tom Hickey was able to hold his own in the ruck that meant McEvoy could drift back ...matrix wrote:yeah yeah
i know
they take time
and no i didnt miss last week
i didnt see him do anything then either
im not saying Hickey was BOG but he held his own against a pretty determined Carlton in a desperate dash to the end that to me is "showing something"
