Nothing in the Wright bump blokes that follow the amos would think it warrants a suspension .

Missed you but we were winning.
Re: Blatant cheats.
Three Carlton goals in the last term DIRECTLY from no free to the Saints.
Stanley gets his head knocked in the marking contest - no free goal to Carlton
Sipposs gets cannonned into 20 metres out - no free Carlton goal
Saad gets his jumper held 5 metres from Chamberlain - nio free Carlton goal.
It is a complete joke. Intrepretations change week by week, game by game, quarter by quarter, play by fkn play.
Geischen needs to be sacked. The umpires need to get consistant.

Re: Blatant cheats.
Well umpired if you like them to let things go. Ordinary if you want them to actually umpire by the rules. It can't be one way one week and another way the next. The free not paid to Siposs was an absolute disgrace and nearly cost us the game.plugger66 wrote:Well umpired game.

Letting them go until Ray ias waltzing into an open 50 with nobody in front of him, so the umpire takes it back to outside fifty and makes Saad have a shot.8856brother wrote:Well umpired if you like them to let things go. Agree generally, apart from a couple of howlers, the Hampson 50, the non advantage... We were lucky on a couple too though.plugger66 wrote:Well umpired game.

Re: Blatant cheats.
I thought the umpires were generally ok tonight. My biggest complaint about them in recent games is their interpretation of "handballing". I can cope with a rugby pass with a little pseudo-punch thrown in for effect, but they now seem to be allowing players to hand the ball to each other. Judd and Murphy got away with blatant ones tonight seemingly in front of the umpire's nose. If this becomes more widespread we'll start to see rolling mauls a la rugby (Judd's "handball" tonight took place in a sort of maul). Not a good development IMO.

bar a bit of bulls*** in the first Q i agree with Plugger here.. rest of the game was great and the umps are relaxing on the crappy in the backs and highs in low tackles.plugger66 wrote:Well umpired game.

Re: Blatant cheats.
Pretty well umpired I thought. Didn't pay too many soft ones. In a game with lots of tough contest, there could have been a lot of shitty little ones, but by and large they got the balance right. Not to say there weren't a couple of mistakes, but you can't avoid that.

Re: Blatant cheats.
Thought the umpires were pretty good tonight. Prob missed 3 for us and 2 against. I'll take that.
The Webster in the back non decision would be angering the Carlton supporters. Take the good with the bad tonight.

Re: Blatant cheats.
Only 1 guy umpiring loves the theatre his name Ray Chamberlain misses blatant frees at Stkilda end ,gets Carlton back in the game with 3 classic non decisions, when clearly they were. Then after getting Carlton back in the game he then non pays in the back against Webster the guy is little turd should not be there .

Since when is a nudge in the back a 50m penalty!!!!!!!!!
Is there a rule that says you are allowed to hold Saad so he can't contest?

This is a huge point with our small forwards. Watch Lindsy Thomas he gets well and truley looked after. The same as the holds off the ball paid last night to Judd and Murphy but somehow couldnt find one for Dal Santo.

Re: Blatant cheats.
Give credit where it's due, he found one for Saad. Just a pity that it was 55m out and Farren Ray was running into an open goal and he wouldn't pay advantage.CURLY wrote:Enrico_Misso wrote:Since when is a nudge in the back a 50m penalty!!!!!!!!!
