Part of his game, gotta take the good with the bad. Wont change now. Seemed very excited about the win old Milney, probably enjoyed sticking it up Mick once again.

Re: milne
He was better tonight, so were the other two.... Defensively. If a fwd works hard, they play well... Eventually. If you work hard defensively, things will happen for you.
Twice Milney turned the ball over with a high risk kick.... The mis kick is OK... The decision making from a 265 gamer not great

Re: milne
The only unforgivable one was the mark !
He ought to have a wise enough head to have gone back , take up 30 seconds and either put the ball in the goal square , or look for a lead .

Re: milne
Both times I think he was trying to do a Stevie Johnson (Cats)................... just that Stevie J is more skilled at those high risk kicks across his body into the centre corridor.................. both times Milne's error resulted in turn overs that eventually resulted in goals for Carlton.BigMart wrote:

Re: milne
From what I saw tonight I think Milney's time is up. He should retire at seasons end.

He appeared to undo a lot of good work with poor execution. Could have sworn he had 5 bounces before a kick that resulted in a turnover.

Re: milne
Yes he was almost a net negative.
Tried to do the super-spectacular and wound up hurting us as the ball rebounded.

Re: milne
Well if he kicks 2 goals from that, its not all doom and gloom, imo Saad had a worser night and a worser year to date we all know Milney starts slow almost every year, Saad misses the goals he gets paid to kick way to often.savatage wrote:I thought he was actually very poor tonight.

Re: milne
Selfish out form player who puts his own results and ego ahead of team far too often. He has been a good player but this should be his final year !
