Re: Match Day thread + late changes
I hope the club now sit up & take a good look at our coaches - Watters will never take a team to the finals let alone the GF.
SAINTS another day older another day closer to the Holy Grail!

Re: Match Day thread + late changes
THe good news is they have a lot of injuries.
We could potentially scare them a bit in the last quarter.

Re: Match Day thread + late changes
Now I bet we have an eight goal last quarter, hit every target, get a couple of free's for a change and win.
"Now the ball is loose, it gives St. Kilda a rough chance. Black. Good handpass. Voss. Schwarze now, the defender, can run and from a long way".....
Re: Match Day thread + late changes
Essendon took their foot off the accelerator. They'll cop a baking and come out and smash us....The peptides haven't even kicked in yet!

I recon it is a 4 goal game.. not good, but we should be closer.. missed some howlers..
But... certainly outplayed and are not going to compete with the best teams this year...

Re: Match Day thread + late changes
If there is one thing that is really hard to watch it is a lack of effort, energy and attack on the ball. Don't give a rats about how inexperienced or if you aren't blessed with a heap of natural talent, there is no excuse for not having a crack. Some senior players need to get a rocket up em selves.
