been thinking bout this for a while now and i think he was recruited as a forward when he came to the saints. Anyways if Blake, Dempster, simkin, roberton geary gilbert ect all playing would it be silly to Play Fish as a deep forward may prolong his career to?

RL tried it for about one game in 2010 when Roo went down and it didn't work. He's needed in the back line anyway.

Fisher is a good kick and I use to want to see him played as a forward, but too valuable to us down back.

He is a highly skilled footballer, and as such would probable excel in most areas of the ground given time to settle in.

But, as everyone before me has said, he is far too important to our backline at the moment.

I actually find it amazing he's only been AA once.

Always play your players where they play their best footy, and in Fisher's case, he is a natural backline player.
