Dear Members ,
Its finally here !! Round 1 of the 2013 AFL season has finally arrived , after months of horse racing , tennis and cricket the footy is back ! This Saturday the Western Saints are holding the first Game Telecast function for season 2013 at the Inglewood Hotel for our big match against the Gold Coast Suns at Metricon Stadium . The function starts at 4pm with the big game being shown LIVE on the big screen from 4:30pm , members of the Western Saints committee will be there on hand selling raffle tickets for some great Saints prizes as well as handing out a very special Western Saints keepsake for every St Kilda fan in attendance . With it being a long weekend what better way to get your Saints fix then at the Inglewood with your fellow Saints supporters this Saturday afternoon !

just an update on the telecast this Saturday ... the Inglewood have installed a brand new high def big screen projector system this year the first of its kind in WA ... word is it is the best picture quallity money can buy ... hope to see lots of Saints fans at the inglewood on Saturday

teams release is now 6.45 Victorian time on day before game or Thursday- due to Ch 7 newws now being 1 hour and the sport report not starting till 6.45WellardSaint wrote:You are the MAN. no doubt about it.

several coaches in the last week including Scott have been not subtle about the fact they CANNOT ( in fear of..... Fine maybe) mention anything connected to team selection
last year occassionally the coaches would say who 'wasn't playing for the week' to get around the no team announcement before ch 7 rule- connected to the Media rights that Ch 7 have Paid.

The Inglewood is showing our game in the back bar and some other TVs throughout.
From 3:30.
We get put on the big screen at 4:30,
after the end of the Swans game.
Dont be late peoples !
