If the swine's play like they usually do in nab cup matches , we should have a easy victory !

Re: Saints V swans
All teams are live until the end of Round 3.murray 66 wrote:Are we out of the NAB cup ??????
After that the top 2 teams make the final which is Round 4.
The other 16 teams play at a few Mickey Mouse venues and some normal ones.
At the end of Round 3 we will find out who and where for Round 4.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
Re: Saints V swans
You would think week, baring injury the players who missed out last week will play and guys like Dal, Milney and one or two others may be given a rest. Joey will probably play at least 3 maybe all 4 practice games as he misses round one. Guys like Lenny, chips and Rooy will probably play this week and then miss Melbourne and then play the final practice game before round one. Gives them 2 practice games with a 2 week rest between each game.
Re: Saints V swans
For this weeks game against Swans, will Saints membership get us in and do we sit anywhere or do we have to book seat?

No and I would say probably yes. Certainly dont waste money booking a seat unless you want to be on level 2.

Re: Saints V swans
I thought Joey and Milne did Ok in the heat over in Adelaide, but ran out of legs and should be rested, NDS should be played again as he didn't bust a gut in Adelaide and we need experience alongside out young guysplugger66 wrote:You would think week, baring injury the players who missed out last week will play and guys like Dal, Milney and one or two others may be given a rest. Re: Saints V swans
What irks me is that general admission is either the same or just slightly less than for a real game.plugger66 wrote:saintvic wrote:For this weeks game against Swans, will Saints membership get us in and do we sit anywhere or do we have to book seat?

It's plain wrong that this should happen.
Normally the crowds in week 2 of the nab are poor.
The ménage a trois in te first week seems to draw better - I guess three is better than two!

Maybe or maybe not. It will depend on whether they are picked to play.

What about Walsh? Will he play? It will probably be the only senior game he gets all year.
