BigMart
Coming on faster than expected at this stage...
I caught a glimpse of him last year and wasn't overly impressed.
He reminds me of a young William Herschel. Not the first off the blocks, but can seriously play.
I like the look of him... even though he's still a fair way off (5 years).
185cm... potentially could grow still maybe.

i dunno.. he's 42... probably one last growth spurt and he'llDarren wrote:He'll surely get the Brownlow in the future.
have to start pushing for a senior position.
i coached him when he was 35.. just a shy kid. Seemed to be a student of the game and an absolute leader, a professional, and very driven, but a few questions marks over committment and passion.

this is from his 100m last position at AIS draft camp
Pretty slow, but plenty of pep.
I like the kid but hope the players get stuck into about his attitude.

Re: BigMart
So we are discussing me on an afl Internet forum?
Flattered, but prefer to discuss the players.....
BTW Beekay, I am not 40 yet... So over the hill I'm not, still a real chance...
Don't remember being coached by you, but I do remember a saintsational HFF with a headband who liked having a shot at goal (from anywhere)

Was a nice day on the paddock. You, along with mightysaints, set me up for a fair chunk of those shots.

How's Jamie (footsteps) Cripps Going by the way...
Maybe Jack Darling Pick #26 can assist him with his attack on the pill issues. Whilst the being young excuse could apply to Jack, it isn't required?!

Love the way you stalk my posts but dont quote and then say I stalk yours. And you call Cripps footsteps. Can imagine you on a footy field based on how you tippy toe around a topic on here. No idea how Cripps in going? Ask the WCE.
Re: BigMart
At least it can imagined, me on a footy field.
You just like to 'watch the boys' play I think.
I'm pretty sure that anyone who has played footy or cricket with me, knows what I'm made of.... My guess, you were too scared to even don a guernsey....
That's probably why you support Cripps, you understand his fear??
Anyway, nice chatting again, but off to better things now.

I'm envious. I wish someone started a thread about me. No matter how derogatory!
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Re: BigMart
Classic thread.
Funny. Clever. And light hearted baiting that didnt "cross the line".
Because we all know now that apparently life is about getting near lines but not crossing them.
