Tim Watson looks to me to be playing the they didn't know card.

More than that, he seems to be playing the "criminal culpability on the part of club staff" card. He's suggesting that Jobe was told what was being injected, was happy with it, and then Danks or Robinson or whoever injected something completely different. That would surely be some sort of criminal offence?

Although I always admired BJ's natural ability I also saw a good bit of dummy spitting and general pissed offedness on the field of play especially over the last few years with us.
I never regarded him as Capt. Material - I wonder if Rossi did?
For me Bj seemed at times a negative influence on the players he worked with as well as an inspiring presence at other times. A mixed bag to summarise.
Truthfully I'm not at all interested how Brendan might think now although Savatage could well be closer to knowing that than myself.
Hoping the likes of Ross, Murdoch and Wright will be remembered far more fondly when the time comes for reviews and yes i loved 'that mark' against the black n' white in 'that ' grand final.

Good point doc. At least it's a tick in the negative column when he weighs up his options. If he can string a few games together and he as well as the leadership and coaches feel like he can be a big part of our new look midfield in 2014, that'll also help keep him at the Saints.

I heard an interview early days when he got there saying how inexperienced and green they were when he got there. I thought once he settles in he will probably start finding his feet a little more. What ever the outcome he will be feeling some pain right now. I think the biggest danger for Essendon is if they interview someone like Goddard with out strong bonds and he admits to what was on offer.

Who paid for his education at Xavier Richter? We endured one of the worst seasons I have ever seen as a 45 year old St Kilda supporter (and I have seen plenty, believe you me) in 2000 when his father coached us. And he was on a very good wicket thanks to Plympton who sacked Stan unfairly.
As St Kilda supporters who bought memberships and supported the club during the Watson years I don't feel sorry for Jobe at all. We have paid enough.

So lets get this straight. We shouldnt like Jobe because our club, yes our club, picked Tim to coach us. A person who had no experience in coaching at all so unless he lied to them about experience and we didnt follow it up to me it is our clubs fault he coached us. I have no idea why you wouldnt like his Son because our club picked his Dad to coach.

I too like Jobe. Havent met him but comes across as nice guy and I also really like Tim. Heard him on SEN for about 8 years now and he seems like a nice guy and a very funny man.

Just in passing, I saw the interview with Kyle Reimers. He is embarrassingly stupid. He mixes up words and smiles like a dope. I'll bet he didn't know what he was taking. I bet he needs toilet paper explained.
