Saints do have drawing power
Michaliades Story
Playing most of his junior football for Upper Gully in the Eastern league, Chris was keen to make the next step up. He switched to the Knox Falcons in 2010 to gain invaluable experience in a higher and more competitive division. With a full season under his belt, he decided to try his luck in the VFL. His choice of Sandringham was easy.

“I think just barracking for St Kilda my whole life was the main reason I chose Sandringham. So I emailed the club in the lead up to the 2011 season to try out and here I am now” says Michaliades.

Now, having recently signed on for his 3rd season, Chris says there weren’t a lot of factors behind the re-signing.

“I’m really happy with the coaching staff they have here at the moment and I think we get along really well. I enjoy all the boys company and am excited for the future if we can all stick together.”

AFL should follow suit. Saints should make it their day. It is the most boring day of the year.

Is it more boring than the Wednesday before? Or the Tuesday after?

Have a BBQ with friends. Look that word up in the dictionary. And not BBQ. We have had one for the last 30 years. A great day. Plenty of food, drink and conversation. Not bored at all. If a person cant get by without footy on one Friday then they may have issues.

A BBQ is not a BBQ if there is no meat!

I have no issues, as far as I know, apart from maybe drinking too much.

My family and friends are Micks.

1st Commandment - No footy on THAT Friday.

2nd Commandment - No meat on any Friday in Lent.

I suppose I could invite some of my athiest mates. They would have no guilt in chewing on a lamb chop. :)

We have various. Some bring fish but my rule is it must be in foil and then we have others with chicken and then the meat eaters. They all bring grog and all talk s***.

What makes you think I don't have friends??

I am pretty sure you don't know me?? You don't know anyone who does?! You have little idea about anything to do with me?!
Really, do you?! You are just being a c**k as per usual, but anyways..

Besides the 50 or so mates i at from the cricket club I coached and played at for the last ten or so years and many I see most days still. and the same amount from the club I coached prior to that in melbourne, who I still see regularly.... And the friends I grew up with and played footy and cricket with and against in the great apple isle.... One of them was born in the same year as me and turned out handy.... Still very close connection with my roots...
The people I served in the defence forces with, especially at sea.... You forge a pretty strong bond in battle.... I still remain good mates with
Then of course there is my workmates... Over three schools in 15 years I have forged friendships for life, dozens of. Who I hang with as often as possible. I pretty much used to go to watch the saints every week from 97-2009 with a different opposition supporter mates or groups of (especially north in a group of 20) .
I do still have about half a dozen close friends I go to games with intermittently, but if time permits... Its not a priority now...

So friends are not really my issue, actually nothing's my issue.... Not even dicks like you.

Seriously Plugger
You don't have a clue about me, you can guess all you like... And you can hope I am less than you (as great as you are)

But I'm pretty comfortable with where I sit and what I have.... And have done

My claim to fame ain't babysitting some kids in the afl system, it is being happily married (to a DR might I add) with two great kids and having friends I would trust my life with...

You my friend are a sideshow, entertainment, an Internet bully wannabe with an obvious hole in your life.... In fact, Have another drink, post another pointless, argumentative reply (#30 thousand) ...... But do us a favour, don't drive afterwards....

Ps. I said wife and kids!!

Im glad you have a wife and kids. Why do you keep saying that. Show some guts for a change and tell us why you keep saying that. Of course you wont. And I dont give a dam where you worked or played footy or cricket. the arrogance of your posts would suggest to me you couldnt have frtiends. No way would anyone want to have a conversation with one so arrogant. You wont even quote because of the arrogance that you expect people to know who you are talking to. And I have no idea about baby sitting some kids. again made up rubbish. My claim to fame is having a great family and friends and being involved in my local footy club. Dont get the Doctor bit either unless that is another form of arrogance. So again i ask why do you keep mentioning you have a wife and kids. Answer that you pathetic gutless wonder who I say wouldnt have a friend in the world.

Why do you keep insisting I don't have friends.... When you don't have a damn clue, and stating it publicly like you have a clue. Although, that os you though........so I thought I would point out that friends are not an issue for me..

So to put it simply....

If you want to play that card, I just remind you that my wife has stayed with me...

Arrogant, you are cleary the most arrogant prick on this site.... Why do you think you raise the ire of almost everybody, think about it genius?! Face it and be honest, most on here think you're an arsehole!!!

Just think about this irony

Labelling someone arrogant, but suggesting without knowledge that no one could befriend them... Because you don't like them.

And obviously I have been PM'd numerous times about you, many have given me info or thoughts about you.... Me I don't take it too (or you) to seriously, and why would I?!

I know people on here dont like me but you are that arrogant you dont realise you are in exactly the same boat. And i have been PMd about you to. Who cares. I make up my own mind. And your wife stayed with you. I am happy for you. My ex wife left me. She thought i was good enough person to look after my then 15 year old daughter. Not many women trust their kids to the dad when they break up. She did. Now please stop this. This thread is about Sandy.

PM me if you want to continue. Im sure everyone is bored of us. I know i am. Anyway off to the southern 80 in 20 minutes.

Remember the line earlier

Sometimg about, Look it up in the dictionary? What did that have to do with Sandy??

If you don't want people to give you a whack, don't dish it out..... I find it interesting when people can sledge, but can't be sledged!!! Seen it many times before.....

BTW - I do not know any person on SS personally.... So you havent never been given any news about who or what I am?!
