Fisher and Adam Schneider have elected not to remain part of the leadership group.
Fisher said he would focus on getting back to his best form after missing a large chunk of 2012 through injury.
“I have enjoyed being part of the leadership group for the last seven years but I missed eight games through injury last season," Fisher said.
"Over the summer, my commitment to the club was questioned in some quarters outside the club. While I don’t agree with it, I think the best thing for me is to concentrate on ensuring I deliver my best form"

Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly..!!
the Emerging leaders Group would appear to include( from Video)
Dunell, Newnes, Ross and Sipposs ( from vision) and Curren ....
I wouldn't be surprised to see Markworth also there , but yet to see written list
which would make a group of 6...

Sounds like Fisher was clipped for being a bad influence.
Maybe Caro had it right.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Just like Lenny a year or two ago?
Cant remember news stories about Lenny being on the gear in the off season.

So why then was he dropped from the leadership group? Maybe the story never came out. Or maybe they just recognise that Fisher won't be in the leadership group for the next flag tilt so they need to develop young leaders ASAP.
Tell ya what though, Geary and Armo don't really compare in calibre to Roo and Lenny. We need to find some stars.
