Wow! Times have changed.
Even though they are in The Bubble it's an open training session!
I guess as the saying goes: only in America!

some more from David

Why I'm A Saints Fan
No, I'm not talking about the New Orleans Saints. I'm talking about the St. Kilda Saints in Australia who play in the Australian Football League.
Last spring when I decided to play for the Kansas City Power, I went to the AFL website. As I was looking at the logos of the 16 different teams, I was drawn to the shield/crest of the Saints. I had no idea who any of these teams were, so I could have picked a team based on their team colors or their mascot.
Based on colors, Adelaide would have been a likely choice as their colors of Navy, Red and Gold do appeal to me. The Bulldog mascot seemed like an obvious choice based in that is my elementary school's mascot. But there was something about the crest of the Saints that drew me in.
The crest has the latin, "Fortius quo Fidelius" which means "Strength Through Loyality." I am a huge fan of the Latin language, so much so that I have 3 tattoos in Latin.
I went to the Saints' website and selected a wallpaper to use on my Mac and found a picture labeled "Bring It On." It was a picture of the Saints coming out onto the grounds before a match with a determined look in their eye. I wanted to match their intensity in my own life when I took the ground for the Power. From then on I was a Saints fan. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Good to find this forum. Thanks for all the mentions and discussion. Was great to see the boys train. We don't have things like that in the states. All the boys were so friendly and approachable. Go Saints! Loyalty Unites Us! Even here in Kansas City!

Re: Kansas City
Welcome Saintfrizty, You're amongst friends here when it comes to the passion we share for the Saints.
I "dips my lid" for your nine hour drive to Boulder from Kansas City.
Funny how someone else's perspective makes a five minute drive to training at Moorabbin (well in the olden days) seem pretty miniscule and something I always took for granted.
Maybe one day you'll make it to Melbourne to see the boys play a game at Ethihad Stadium.
