Tom Curren - congratulations
"St Kilda upgraded Tom Curren from the rookie list with the hardnut, who won VFL affiliate Sandringham's best-and-fairest, expected to step into a senior role next season."

Re: Tom Curren - congratulations
Great news, well done TC! Honestly I had little to no expectations of him earlier this year, I was aware that he'd become a solid VFL player but he's just continued to improve all year and probably surpassed Ledger and Ross in terms of performance. He seems to have a well-rounded game; finds the ball, good endurance, has a bit of pace and decent skills.

Re: Tom Curren - congratulations
Whether he was/will be upgraded or not, is Curren an out-and-out rover type or a wider category midfielder, or can he play multiple roles?
What are his skills and pace like?

If Geary got injured I imagine Tom Curren could do a good fill in job for him.

I thought we were now lambasting anyone who doesn't tear up over a delisting......gringo wrote:I thought we must be congratulating anyone that avoided delisting now.
