Can someone explain to me how this will work, does it mean we can pick up a delisted player before the national draft ??

Already a thread it runs from nov 1 to 13th means we can pick up anyone that has been delisted by the club.

Only players delisted by their clubs. Anybody who has opted out themselves goes into the draft.

Delisted players free to choose their destination.
