Kevin Sheehan says: “Small defender/midfielder who is a great competitor and is rarely beaten in a one-on-one contest. Prolific ball winner for Vic Metro averaging 18.8 disposals at 77.3% efficiency in NAB AFL Under 18 Championships. Father Paul played 52 games for St Kilda.”

Re: Tom Temay
Didn't he, like, run backwards when you thought he was going forwards?
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Re: Tom Temay
Still remember that day at Moorabbin when Paul's "mates" hung a sign on the fence on the far side of the ground which read:
"Paul Temay Can't Play"

Re: Tom Temay
Temay played 52 games and averaged 18 disposals and 4 marks per game
In 1985 round 9 vs Collingwood he had a 38 possession game - we kicked 20.17-137 but still lost by 25 pts

Re: Tom Temay
He always looked like he was running on a treadmill. Legs pumping but never really moving.
But he could get the ball.
