Well you mentioned what could we HOPE for so I'd say Pick 13 & Farren for Frawley and 3rd rounder. Remembering Frawley is contracted but may want out to us so would have to pay slight overs and assuming we miss out on Caddy...

big five page thread on raph, who has given us far less than ray despite far more years at the club. seems he is the overlooked one.

Well the original post asked for what we hope for. Not what we realistically think will happen.

Frawley comes up due to the fact there are rumours we are in talks with an All Australian backman. That this player wants to come to us. Obviously there is a family connection and plenty of players want out of the Dees. There is nothing to say that there is a speck of truth in the rumour, as is the case with us talking to Luke Thompson, Luke Delaney or Mitch Brown either. Its all just speculation and heresay at this time of year.

One thing I do believe is that we will be able to fill the FB position with someone capable next year. Who it is well we will find out next week or the one after wont we?

As for Faz, I'd be happy with a pick upgrade for him. Our third for their second, something like that. Thats talking what I think will happen, not hope

This is a club that want to give first round picks for Dawes and Wellingham. I don't think they can work out what they are doing.

Yes agree.

Personally I rate him. However Pelchen and Watters clearly do nor rate him as they kept dropping him even we he had good games.
I met and spoke with Ray during the year, and even though he was very careful in what he said he clearly when you read between the lines thought that he should have been playing more senior football.

However if you want good talent, you have to give up good talent. So if Ray goes and we can land a player we really need like a FB then the club will be better off.
