Reckon Stuart Trott belongs somewhere on the bench for lost souls.
Ultimate lost soul Srephen Rae...to Tigers and then became a White Maggot!

Riewoldt and Goddard to live up to their reputations ,Clarke and Ray to defy theirs in 2012!

Re: The Two Team Argument
Yeah - I was wondering about Stuart Trott - he did leave didn't he? Was it Hawthorn? Why did he leave - Jeansie?
This is kind ironic considering he was knocked out by Lethal in 71 GF - I guess he did not want to get smashed again from behind?
Rae? Yeah he could play for sure, always wondered why we let him go.
Both deserve a game ...
is there anyone else?

This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

Who would you include and why?
Saints vs Traitors
Saints
Howell Frawley Lawrence
Barker Fisher Griffiths
Jones Dal Santo Watson
Baldock Reiwoldt Loewe
Burke Neale Young
Smith Harvey Morrow
Int: Bray, Roberts, Ross , Oswald
Coach: Baldock
Traitors
Guerra Dawson Besanko
Thomas Perovic McNamara
Winmar Stewart Icke
Hall Cazaly Davis
Rice Lockett Everitt
Ball Smith Ditterich
Int: ??
Coach: Jeans/Lyon
Note: a bit unfair to Nicky W ... and a bit sad to see him here because of it.
Goddard?
So your saying that Allan Jeans, club legend is a traitor
that Ian Stewart, dual brownlow is a traitor
think about your language, before you post
Why is it offensive to Max is that because he is a traitor too. Dirty collingwood premiership wielding turncoat.

Good one...it's so easy to rope in the do gooders...you scored a hit there with your traitor name
Will we pick up a player in the SSP window

Re: The Two Team Argument
Well - very true, Bob - but to be honest I named the team before I realised that guys like Nicky and Stewie had to be in it - and both were ditched - as might Goddard - so it is pretty unkind - so the new name is better.bobmurray wrote:Good one...it's so easy to rope in the do gooders...you scored a hit there with your traitor namembogo wrote:Yeah it is a bit rough - isn't it - what else can I name the other team?

... speaking of that sorta' behaviour... how could we all forget...?gringo wrote:Why is it offensive to Max is that because he is a traitor too. Dirty collingwood premiership wielding turncoat.
into the Traitor's back pocket, and onto the coach's bench...
our (once very own) Mad Micky Milkshake...?
PS: Yep, I was wrong. Got Vic's game numbers with us and the Dreamons the wrong way around. Shoulda' known better. But I won't post this confession in the 'I Was Wrong' thread till Pluggs first owns up to falsely slandering my wonderful coaching record at the 'Monders... come on Pluggs, 'fess up...
PPS: 2 goals 4 behinds...? Mbogo, you forgot to mention they were all kicked from inside the centre square... against a 3-4 wind... with a broken leg... in three places... in the first 10 minutes... with a leaking heart valve... before I got tired...
It's Dave, man. Will you open up? I got the stuff with me! -------Who?

Re: The Two Team Argument
Dave - we were lucky to win - and the wind was fine - Plugger kicked 12 straight! 11 up til 3/4 time.
If it was not for that free just before the siren you would have got 1-4. It must have been a lucky kick.
Thank goodness for Harves and Lennie!

Re: The Two Team Argument
Yeh..., but by that time my leg was broken in 4 (more) places... I'd mitral valve repair surgery in the rooms at half time so I could see out the game (no anaesthetic, that stuff is for wooses)... that free you mentioned was-definitely-there... and you didn't mention that it was in our back pocket... and I was kicking into the wind which had just sprung up again and then swung around against us... and there was chewy on my boot.mbogo wrote:Dave - we were lucky to win - and the wind was fine - Plugger kicked 12 straight! 11 up til 3/4 time.

Re: The Two Team Argument
Russel Morris, Ricky Nixon,
Milne never played seniors at Ess I think - so you gotta have some limitations.
You mean Vic VFL or AFL clubs?
I just remembered G Sidebottom - and B Duperouzel .. who maybe could have played with the Lost souls ....

Re: The Two Team Argument
Always liked Rod Keogh…
Heath Black & Spud Dawson could play both sides, or do we have another side with players who have come from another club and then played at another club afterwards?
