I wouldn't call Mitch Robinson pretty, he's got a head like a mallee root.Toy Saint wrote:There was a lot of pushing and shoving today, and some pretty angry boys.
Did anybody see anything reportable?

Would not be suprised if Milne cops a bit over his kiss to the crowd and him getting in the calton supporters faces on the fence.
I love this club

Milne did connect with a hook, but didn't look to have much force in it. Huge fines coming for plenty of players, not sure on suspension. Will have to wait and see when they spin the MRP wheel of fortune.

Well , Milne may have blown them a kiss but they were chanting Milne is a r.....
I would like to see the league response to that. Cameras should be able to pick out the ringleaders. Come on , he needs some protection. Demetriou get off your oversized arse and do something.

If the AFL does nothing, and if the media don't force the AFL to do something, maybe it's just us biased Saints that think it's an issue? Maybe they think the court got it wrong??asaint wrote:Well , Milne may have blown them a kiss but they were chanting Milne is a r.....

I'd like to see the goal umpire do something , he must have heard it all !
If a umpire can have milne fined 3k for one homo remark , surely the Afl can draw a line in the sand and say from next year this sort of abuse coming from cheersquads is not on and a report from goal and field umpires can have them banned .
I'm not sure how bad our cheersquad is , We may be the worst ! I don't know .
Its just that cheersquards should cheer for their team and leave the abuse to feral supporters .

I saw a security guard high five a member of the Carlton cheer squad when they were in the midst of their "no means no" chant.

I've only seen it live but it was pretty heated between Milney and Walker and went on for some time. The biggest punch I remember was thrown by Walker and connected with...nothing.

Based on free kicks given, Wilkes will be the one in trouble for walking backwards into Walker.

Well Milne was already at his positon when Walker blatantly lined him up. Good on Milne for standing up to him. Absolute disgrace and the umpire should have put a stop to it then. But no, stood there and watched the jumper punches and then wrestling. Did nothing.

Re: Any reports or just argy-bargy?
When Walker lost his jumper, he was allowed to wait for a trainer to bring him a new one.
I'm sure Milne was sent off in the North game to change his jumper. As always, Milne has a different set of rules to play with.

I think the umpires make up rules as they go along. Too many rules exist, it must be confusing for them!
