If only the second quarter was better.
Look much better without Kosi taking up space

Better effort. Mids got their hands on the ball.

Wasted opportunities.

Cats seemed to have some money on the points spread. Must have themselves under 39 points.

Really the Cats went to sleep.

I expect them to wake up in the last qtr.

hope not.

Yeah, it was very good quarter but I think too much damage was done in the first half. We'd pretty much have to do the same in this quarter... and Geelong having two bad quarters in a row is unlikely.

We looked so much better that quarter.

Just a shame we couldnt put them to the sword. 5-6 goals and we would be on our way.

Yep Joey and Dal Santo really got to work in that quarter. Gram and Gilbert gave us plenty of run. We just couldn't finish off the good work.

You think maybe the last 2 huge games took it out of them? Coming back from the west? Just being optimistic for the last quarter :)

Liked a lot fitter and fresher that quarter. More intensity which is great to see.

We are well and truly back on it but need to keep coming. We haven't managed to get over the line yet against a quality opponent in a close game. Let's hope that's about to change.

Last time we played the cats without riewoldt, we held them goalless in the second half. Let's hope history repeats.

If we were level or 6-10 up which we really should be, I would be a lot more confident atm.
