I think you're right. He also nearly played for us. Our zone was very near where he lived, or just got changed around the time he went to the Hawks. Am sure I've read that. Hawks got some good players because of zone changes.Teflon wrote:I reckon he likes us Lethal...always favourable to us...

I seem to hazily recall something like that we'd spotted him and that he was coming to us, but we had to let him go to the Skid Marks coz the zone thingees were introduced/changed...? I guess that evens things out, on one hand we've got his grandson as a Saints supporter in response to him being arguably the best player & coach of all time, leading goalkicker & multiple premiership player.
